Ayo Aidari Trust (aat) is registered under Indian Trust Act 1982, a non-profit making tribal woman led organization.

Ayo Aidari Trust was founded in October 1998 by a group of tribal women. We focus on selected areas of the Santhal Parganas region in Jharkhand, supporting communities in their fight against poverty, abandonment, and social neglect. Our efforts enable them to discover pathways to living with dignity, achieving social and economic independence, and promoting social sustainability. Our goal is to improve access to better health, education, and overall well-being.

Ayo Aidari Trust seeks sustainable solutions to long-term problems of tribal community through an integrated, community-based, participatory approach that reinforces responsible civil society as well as government initiative.

Through an array of empowering measures, it works to open opportunities for tribal communities and improve their standard of living. We deliver through well planned and comprehensive projects on women empowerment, nutrition, health-hygiene, skill development and livelihood.
