Ayo Aidari Trust (AAT) uses Tally accounting software to maintain accounts standard and prepares a statement of accounts to fulfill donor agency requirements. An external auditor conducts an audit of the accounts on a regular basis. The auditor provides a final statement of accounts once a year and prepares Utilization Certificates (UCs) and need-based statements as per the requirements of donor agencies.
