Capacity building for institutional development and good governance

Ayo Aidari Trust and Dhwani Foundation are constantly striving to strengthen institutional development. Regular training is conducted to enhance the capacity of the leadership board members and program team of the organization so that they can ensure effective operation of the organization in accordance with the latest government regulations. Internal committees have been formed to strengthen good governance, which promote transparency and accountability.

Compliance is ensured by approving the legal and policy documents of the organization by the board, so that the organization remains legally strong and credible. Capacity building of the team has been done with special attention on financial management and financial policies. Also, an effective fundraising strategy has been adopted, so that the fund raising manager is able to raise the necessary resources to fulfill the objectives of the organization. Through all these initiatives, good governance, transparency and effective leadership are being promoted in the organization.
