Ayo Aidari Trust and Dashara:
An important initiative towards organizational development and community empowerment
Ayo Aidari Trust, a women-led organization, is working to promote women's rights, sustainable agriculture, good governance and feminism. Dashara received financial support to provide effective training on organizational development to the workers of the organization. The main objective of this training was to make the workers more responsible and accountable towards the organization, so that they can play their role in a better way.
In addition, the POSH policy was developed in the organization and a special committee was formed to implement it. This policy was specially prepared to make the functioning of the organization more effective and organized. This policy was also implemented in the field of the organization, so that organizational work can be conducted more smoothly.
In collaboration with Dashara, Ayo Aidari Trust clarified its new mission and vision based on the principles of the Theory of Change. The organization set an action plan for the next five years, in which community development, social justice and women empowerment were given priority. Under this, the leadership of the organization received regular zoom meetings and training , so that they can make the organization more effective at the strategic level.
Dasara is not only providing financial support but is also playing an important role in organizational development. The organization is being motivated to work on an effective strategy, which can establish a strong and sustainable synergy between the community and the institution.
